My parents, both now deceased, were I believe members of your church. My father was Edgar W. Stanton who lived in Kingsbridge. He married Elsa Zeller in the early 20s. The rector was Dr. John Campbell. I presently have a framed sketch of Elizabeth Campbell with the dates January 12, 1833-December 22, 1917 who I have always believed was his wife, but I do not know for sure. The picture is signed To Mrs. Campbell Easter 1916 From S——- Kar— I cannot read the other letters. There is also a printed quotation which reads “Say not goodnight! But in some brighter clime bid me Good Morning”
I am now 87 and would greatly appreciate any information you could give me about my parents (I was adopted by them in 1926) Thank you for anything you can do for me.
