This is the two block long tunnel from Broadway near 191st Street linking to the 1 train under St. Nicholas Avenue at 190th Street.

Although it has been 40 years since I last walked thru it, I would say that it is the pedestrian tunnel from Broadway to the 191st Street IRT station..
looks like the tunnel under my house along the prospect expressway.
