North shore of S.I. One of the coolest old school nabes left in NYC. Get that north shore line of the SIRT running again for passengers and it will absolutely explode in hipster economoic development. Hmmm….maybe that’s not such a good idea after all.

Followup question, if I may: When Yogi said, “when you come to the fork in the road, take it,” what intersection was he referring to? (I know this only because I took a walking tour of the area last week; and, as with everything Yogi, the attribution may be apocryphal).
