WHERE AM I?

I have jumped into my H.G. Wells® Time Machine and set the dials for May 17, 1901. But when I returned to 2012, the same bridge was still there!

Where am I?

Definitely Brooklyn. This bridge crosses part of the Gowanus Canal at Union St.(?). SB.
