Albemarle and Kenmore Terraces in Flatbush, Brooklyn, are just around the corner from the historic Flatbush Reformed Dutch Church and up the street from Loew's Kings Theater. Together, they have been designated a historic district.
Bustling Flatbush, centered at Church and Flatbush Avenues, is nearby but a world away.

Kenmore Terrace is faced by the Reformed Church parsonage. Its cottages, built in 1918, were among the first in the nation to have their own garages. Erasmus Hall High School is visible in the background. |

| Albemarle Terrace is lined on both sides by Georgian revival row houses. Every set of windows on each building is different from the other. They date to 1916-18. |
