As a resident of the area let me say that not only does Ritz have a wonderful sign from another era, but it is also a great store! We got our paint from them last time we moved (1.5 years ago) and they were excellent. Good stock, good prices, good advice, and a great job custom blending colors.
Kevin: I am confused by what appears to be two (address?) numbers on the sign. What is your take on this?
