Wow! I just found your blog, and I love it. I hate to see old unique things disappear and get replaced by interchangeable soulless substitutes. Your blog about street names being replaced by a numeric system is a perfect example. Maybe New Yorkers will decide they like their history and refuse to let these big developers chip away at their city anymore.
