My dad worked at 60 Broad St. for over 40 yrs when RCA was there before GE took it over and moved it to NJ. Thanks for the photos of the area; it’s been a while.
My guess is that St Andrew’s Church is what is left of that neighborhood after the Municipal Building and all the other courthouses were built there over on that plaza.
