25th ANNIVERSARY EVENT: QUEENS HISTORICAL SOCIETY

It’s time for another Forgotten New York 25th Anniversary event! I’ll be presenting scenes from historic Flushing, along with some classics from the early days of Forgotten NY from 1999-2000, in a special presentation at Queens Historical Society at Kingsland Manor, 143-35 37th Avenue at Carman Green Park, Flushing. It’s a special treat to be doing an event at historic Kingsland, where I have had several tour stops over the years.

WHEN: Saturday,October 5, 6:00 PM

WHERE: Queens Historical Society at Kingsland Manor, 143-35 37th Avenue

HOW MUCH: $7.00; QHS Members $5.00; tickets available at Eventbrite;

HOW LONG: approximately 90 minutes

TERRAIN: Flushing and Murray Hill LIRR stations are nearby as are numerous bus routes, Q12, 13, 15, 16, 65 and many others
