Saw a picture of St. Roses Home in New York. Can you tell me if this existed as a elderly home in 1924? Are there records regarding this home?

They do have records. I called and spoke to someone and they emailed me information regarding the person I asked about. She was one of the Sisters,so I am not sure if they keep the same types of records on patients.

My birth mother died here on Feb 25, 1944. She was 29 years old and I was the youngest child. I have no answers and have no clue who my birth father was. The father of my siblings is not my biological father and he wont provide me with any answers. I was hoping for any information that could lead me to even a relative. My life long prayer has been to find some answers. All my siblings have been re-united with their father after many many years. We all grew up in foster homes. Even if I knew where she was buried I would love to visit her. I ask that you consider providing me with any information you may have. Thank you in advance. Her name was Elizabeth Ferrino
